1 All orders are subject to acceptance at our Head Office. Prices exclude carriage, packing & VAT which are charged at the current rate at the time of purchase. Prices are per single item unless otherwise stated.
2 Every effort is made to ensure that signs and other products confirm to current legislation or standards. These may change during the life of the catalogue. It is the purchases responsibility to ensure that these products are used in appropriate situations. Aqualine products are sold with the understanding that the buyer will test the product in question that it is suitable for the purpose it has been bought for. We will be happy to advise.
3 Guarantee on products against serious defect for a period of 2 years from delivery. Aqualine products are sold with the understanding that the buyer will test the product in question is suitable for the purpose it has been bought for. We will be happy to advise. The company will either replace the product or credit the full price of the goods. This is the extent of the guarantee.
4 Aqualine shall be under no liability in respect of any defects in the Goods, which come about due to acts, omissions, negligence or default by the Buyer or its Agents. This does not exclude or restrict the liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
5 Custom prices quoted are valid for the period stated on the website or written quotation. Please note that for made to order products no artwork will be produced until after receipt of the Buyers purchase order or deposit. If a custom order is cancelled there may be a charge for any work that has already been carried out. A shortage or surplus of 10% charged pro rata will be considered fulfilment of any custom order unless otherwise agreed.
6 If any overpayment is made by a customer the customer may request the over payment be returned to them within 12 months of Aqualine receiving it. A fee to return the costs of returning the money may be charged by Aqualine. If no request to return the money within 12 months Aqualine shall be entitled to retain it.
7 Since our policy is one of continuous improvement we reserve the right to alter or amend prices, designs and specifications shown on this internet site without prior notice.
