DELIVERY POLICY

We will dispatch your order by post or courier.  Within the UK you can expect delivery within 7 working days.  International orders may take a little longer.  Please contact us for information on overseas charges & deliveries.

 

A standard delivery to UK cost’s £10.00 and is added to orders to UK mainland addresses (excluding Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & Eire)

 

Overseas delivery may be arranged by prior agreement and notice of an appropriate delivery charge upon which you agree to before the order is processed.

 

Certain low cost items will be dispatched via royal mail and delivery charges will be reduced accordingly for reasons of viability.  These orders can take up to 7 working days for delivery.  Method of delivery will be e-mailed to you on dispatch.

 

Items ordered on any business day (Monday to Friday) excluding bank holidays should be delivered within 7 working days (excluding Saturday) anytime up to 5.30pm.  Our standard delivery charge does not provide for next delivery; however every effort is made by us & the couriers to achieve this.

 

However Aqualine relies upon the services of third party couriers and whilst we endeavour to keep our word there are unfortunately a few occasions when the couriers fail to perform the service that they are required to.  This happens rarely, but because it does occur, albeit occasionally we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item.  For the avoidance of doubt Aqualine will not refund the standard delivery charge if the courier has failed to deliver the item(s) on the anticipated delivery date.

 

Our orders addressed in the UK mainland are sent by Fastway couriers, you must arrange for someone at your address to be in and sign for the parcel on the expected delivery date.  Where a parcel cannot be delivered (e.g. nobody at home) you will be notified by Fastway with a telephone number to call to arrange a suitable time for re-delivery.  Fastway will only attempt one re-delivery, thereafter you will be required to collect your parcel from the collection depot. 

Overseas orders are usually sent by royal mail to keep the cost of delivery down

 

If the parcel does not arrive when you expect it then please do not hesitate to give us a call on 0161 339 0194.  We will contact Fastway couriers and call you back to let you know what is happening.

14 DAY EXCHANGE / REFUND POLICY

We aim to deliver the highest quality graphics and the best possible service.

In the unfortunate event that you feel this is not the case, please contact us within 14 days of invoice and we’ll do whatever we can to rectify the problem*

REFUNDS: Aborted Project

Before booking in any work in we ask for full payment up-front.
This is to cover material costs should the project be aborted by the customer for any reason.

Once we have received a signed order form, booked the work in and taken payment, we proceed to order materials and manufacture to specification. This is a direct cost for us prior to dispatch. Once materials have been cut to specification they cannot be used for other projects.

If a project is aborted by a customer prior to our purchase or preparation of materials then we will gladly issue a full refund.

If a project is aborted by us, AQUALINE, at no fault of the customer, we will issue a full refund and an apology!

However, if a project is aborted and materials have been purchased or prepared we reserve the right to retain the payment received.

REFUNDS: Faulty or Incorrect Items

If we have made an error and delivered faulty or incorrect items we will gladly issue replacement items as above, or a full refund.

1) Contact us as soon as possible by telephone or email to inform us of the error.
Full Refund will only be offered if we are informed of the error within 14 days of the invoice issue date.

2) Return the items to us at the Unit 2 Outram Road, Broadway Trading Estate, Dukinfield, Cheshire SK16 4XE

We recommend that the items are returned using a ‘Recorded’ courier service to ensure the items are not ‘lost’ in the post.

3) Once we have inspected the items and can confirm that the items are faulty or incorrect, we will issue a full refund

No refund will be issued if the items delivered are manufactured to specification and without fault since all artwork; materials and quantities are approved by the customer prior to manufacture. No refund will be issued if the items have been tampered with in any way or exposed to excessive pressure or heat. Items must be returned to us in the exact state in which they were delivered.

EXCHANGES

If we have made an error delivered faulty or incorrect items we will gladly exchange or replace the items at no additional cost to the customer.

1) Contact us as soon as possible by telephone or email to inform us of the error. Exchange will only be offered if we are informed of the error within 14 days of the invoice issue date.

2) Return the items to us as detailed above.

3) Once we have inspected the items and can confirm that the items are faulty or incorrect, items will be exchanged on a like-for-like basis. No modifications may be made to the design or specification.

If items are exchanged no financial refund will be made.

If subsequent replacement items are deemed faulty of incorrect a full refund will be offered.

No exchange will be offered if the items delivered are manufactured to specification, without fault since all artwork, materials and quantities are approved by the customer prior to manufacture. No exchange will be offered if the items have been tampered with in any way or exposed to excessive pressure or heat. Items must remain in the exact state in which they were delivered.
